All return shipping will be covered by you, and as long as we receive the items following the date limitations and quality terms specified below, we will then honor the return. Not completely satisfied with your Ellison’s? Returns are simple.
At Ellison, we stand behind our product. If you’re not loving your purchase we’ve made the returning process hassle-free to make you happy again. To let us know that you’d like to return your shades contact us. We will tell you what to expect, and answer your questions. After shipping it back to us, and the product arrives back at our door in the state in which you received them with all original packaging, you’ll be eligible for a refund or Online Ellison credit. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process the return. For specifics on return eligibility, see below:
Returns Within 14 Days -Free Return Shipping
Returning a full price item within the first 14 days of your purchase? Return shipping is on us! You’ll get a pre-paid UPS domestic shipping label emailed to you directly. (Exceptions will be made for our customers in Barrow, Alaska. We get it, you’ll need a little longer to test out our sunwear, considering you don’t see the sun for 67 days come winter).
Returns Within 30 Days – Eligible for a Refund
You’re eligible for a refund of an item purchased at full price within the first 30 days of your purchase date as posted on your receipt. After that, please contact us – you may still be eligible for an exchange.
Returns Within 90 Days – Due to Manufacturing Defects
Contact us, send them back to us, and we’ll supply you with a replacement at no charge.Exchanges
Are you not 110% loving the pair you just got? Thinking you should have gone with the other pair that you were on the fence about? We totally get it. If within the first 30 days of your purchase you decide that you would like a different pair, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that. We will send you a return label to send back your current pair to us and once it is received, we will send you the new pair so you can fall in love all over again. You’d just cover any price difference between the two.
Refunds are available for like-new items that were purchased at full price and are returned within 30 days with all original packaging. Once the item is inspected by our Quality Gurus, we’ll issue you a refund (unless you’ve requested an exchange).
If someone miscalculated your style you can exchange your Ellison’s for a pair you’ll love even more. You must have all original undamaged packaging, receipt, and new Ellison’s. All gift exchanges must occur within 14 days of receipt.
Returning Product Purchased From a Retailer
We only accept returns for purchases that were made through WearEllison.com. If you want to return a product you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.
At Ellison want to make your purchase as easy as possible, we charge a shipping and handling fee based on where your order is being shipped. This cost covers all facets of handling your order from our hands to yours. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped and when it has been delivered. Domestic packages within the continental U.S. usually take 5-10 days. International orders depend from country to country but usually take 2-3 weeks. Customs and duties charges are not included in the international shipping rates.
What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?
When your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order shipped. This email will include your special order number to monitor you precious cargo.
Did something catastrophic happen to your favorite pair of Ellison sunglasses?
We want to hear about it. Contact us ASAP, and don’t forget to send us pictures from the crime scene. Here at Ellison we appreciate all forms of art, storytelling is no different, so send an email to email@example.com telling us how much you loved your Ellison’s and what happened to them. Every period we’ll select one story and change that person’s luck for the better, and they’ll receive a brand new pair of Ellison’s! All submissions must be accompanied by photos of your Ellison’s in distress, and one of you wearing them before the catastrophe in order to be considered.
